I’m Jermaine. I write about things I’ve lived through and lessons I’m still learning. I also work in technology and share videos through J Tech Made Simple. Here, you can get to know more of me.
S·R·S·B·O stands for Survival, Resilience, Strength, Boundaries, and Ownership. Those words mean something to me because I’ve had to learn them in my own life.
In this book, I write about my mistakes, the things I’ve been through, and learning to recognize my own worth. I’m sharing my experience in the hope that something in it helps you, too.
“I will not prove my value to somebody who already had the chance to experience it.”

02 / PERSONAL READINGS
I’m writing from experience.
My Personal Readings started as a way to encourage myself. I write about love, knowing my worth, and things I’ve had to work through. I share them because someone else may need those words, too.
FROM MY BOOK
I Know Who I Am
“Just because I am quiet about something does not mean I do not see it. I notice when someone starts moving differently. I notice when kindness is being mistaken for weakness, when generosity is being taken for granted, and when somebody believes I am not paying attention.”

J Tech Made Simple
I share technology tips, my Personal Readings, and things happening in my life.
My name is Jermaine Elijah Mullin. I’m a U.S. Navy veteran, I work in technology, and I write. All of those things are part of who I am.
I created Elijah Life so you could find my work in one place and get to know me beyond a book cover or a video. I’m still learning about myself, and I have more I want to share.
I’m glad you’re here.
